Legend/Key to Types of Sessions and Length
Breakout Session Technical session delivered by product group personnel, often focused on one Technical Expertise. 1 to 1½ hours
Product Group Evening Event Casual, networking evening event with drinks and food, giving an opportunity to meet and talk with product group personnel from Technical Expertise. Up to 3 hours
Side Session Typically not a technical product session but rather one whose focus targets a broader audience. Often the topic is a Microsoft program or MVP community. 1 to 2 hours
Pre & Post Session Sessions or activities not held at Summit facilities and which are often held a day or two before/after the official Summit starts/ends. These events are often community building events and/or events where MVPs themselves are the presenters. Ranging from ½ day to 2 days
